I found the location quite convenient. It has walking distance to many key spots. The staff were helpful during check in process. My room was clean, I found it spacious enough for my needs.
The walls seem thin. I did hear noise from the hallway a few times.

The location near Victoria Station suited my needs well. It provided easy access to transportation, which I valued.
The room was not well kept, I noticed. The carpet had a STAIN and the curtains also had a stain. The temperature was DIFFICULT to regulate.

The bed was very comfortable (I slept like a baby!). The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. The location was great. Victoria Station was only a five-minute walk away. I appreciated the coffee and tea machine in my room.
My room was quite small, and it was difficult to move around with luggage. I only had one pillow, and it would have been nice to have an extra.
